Purpose of data sharing: A part of the personal data you provide during the registration process will be shared (read and download) with other registered participants to foster collaboration and networking during and after the event.

Personal data shared: The personal data shared is defined by default by the organizer and includes :
{full name}, {job title}, {company name},and any other information completed in your profile once the app is live.

Withdrawal of consent: You have the right to modify or withdraw your consent at any time. You can select the fields you want to share. If you choose to withdraw your consent, your personal data will be removed from the list, but keep in mind that some participants may have already downloaded your contact details.

Data retention: Your personal data will remain available to other participants of this event until you withdraw your consent, or when the event is put offline by the organizer.

After clicking confirm and paying you will be booked to attend the GCVA Conference 2025, we can’t wait to see you on 5-6 March 2025 at Hilton London Bankside.

You will shortly receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this (check your junk folders) or have any other questions regarding your ticket please contact:conference@gcva.co.uk. Please make any amendments to your ticket directly via Crowdcomms by visiting the homepage and clicking on the arrow next to book now.

NB: In the unlikely event of the conference being postponed due to circumstances out of the GCVA’s control. The conference will be rescheduled and attendees tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date–no ticket refunds will be available in any circumstances. The GCVA shall have no liability for other costs associated with your attendance e.g. travel and accommodation expenses.
